3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, content, and branding assets

• Approve drafts, designs, and revisions promptly

• Ensure all supplied content is legally owned or licensed

• Comply with Australian laws regarding website content and business representation

• Maintain up‑to‑date contact and billing information
   

4. Payment Terms

• Website builds require a 50% deposit and 50% upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Monthly hosting and maintenance fees are billed in advance.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension of hosting, maintenance, or access to services.

• All payments are non‑refundable once work has commenced.

• All prices are in AUD.
   

5. Revisions & Scope

• Website builds include a set number of revisions as outlined in your proposal.

• Additional revisions or new features may incur extra charges.

• Maintenance plans cover minor updates only; major redesigns or new pages are billed separately.
   

6. Hosting & Uptime

• Hosting is provided through reputable third‑party providers.

• While we aim for high uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

• Scheduled maintenance may occur with notice.

• We are not responsible for outages caused by third‑party providers.
   

7. AI‑Powered Features

If you choose optional AI features:

• AI outputs may not always be accurate or appropriate.

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI‑generated content before publishing.

• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.
   

8. Intellectual Property

• You own all final website content once all invoices are paid in full.

• We retain ownership of frameworks, templates, and proprietary tools.

• We may showcase your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
   

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

• Downtime caused by third‑party hosting providers

• Security breaches beyond our reasonable control

• Errors or legal issues arising from client‑provided content

• Loss of data due to client actions or third‑party interference
   

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. All outstanding fees must be paid before transfer, migration, or closure of the website. Hosting and maintenance services end immediately upon non‑payment.
 

11. Refunds

Website builds, hosting fees, and maintenance fees are generally non‑refundable once work has commenced.
 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

• No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
